Change of mind! What can I do? 

As long as the product is in its original condition, we are happy to issue you a credit note for our online store or market stalls.

Please note feature mirrors are non returnable. 

All returned products must be sent back within 10 days of receiving the item. All jewellery must be unworn, in its original packaging and sent back to us at your own cost.

Faulty Items

We are happy to offer a 60 days manufacturers warranty on all of our jewellery. If an item is deemed faulty due to a manufacturers fault, we are happy to process a refund or exchange depending on stock availability.  

All faulty items must be returned at your own cost.

Please note if the item has been broken by the customer and is not a manufacturing issue and therefore we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Please allow 2-5 working days for the refund to be processed back to you in the same method that the order was paid.

How to make the return! 

If you have a faulty item or items you wish to exchange, please email sunnyraeco@outlook.com with the below details: 

- Order Number 

- Name

- Item Description 

- Description of fault OR reason for return

Once we receive these details and have deemed if it is a manufacturers fault (if required) we will then email you an address to send the products to.

Once we have received your returned item, we’ll process the return within 2 - 5 business days.

If the item is faulty, a refund will be processed. 

If the item has been returned due to change of mind, a store credit will be raised. You’ll receive an email from us with details of the store credit.

Once you receive the store credit, you will be able to place a new order via our online store. Please note we do not offer free shipping on returns unless the order is over $149.
